Trying to make it a habit

Trying to get back to the habit of keeping up with the blog. Two weeks in a row....pretty good I think.

This past week was pretty ho hum. It was gloomy pretty much the whole week. The Husky Hoedown was a blast. Kids had a lot of fun.

Today we headed out to War Eagle....Andrew and the kids  had never been there and I had never been to the craft fair. We hope to go back out there when there isn't gobs of people. It was absolutely gorgeous out there.

See...totally had my family with me. :)
I can't imagine how this place looks with all the leaves changing colors!!

I forgot.....Saturday was the first day of Lego Day!!! What a treat....I just love our library! Anyways, here are a few pictures of our day at the library and Lego club.

They wanted them to build cars. Until they realized that Lego Club was a bigger success than they anticipated and did not have enough tires!! Hayden improvised with 3 small tires and 1 large one. :)

This afternoon we took the kids and the dogs to JB Hunt park. They just ran, ran and ran. Such a beautiful day today!!

 My little  herd.

You can see the tennis ball bouncing and Cooper is obviously chasing it.
Olivia just couldn't keep up!! :)

We're BACK!

I've not blogged because we don't do anything blog worthy. Hayden started school! He's doing excellent...scores amazing...has a TON of friends. I was afraid he would stick with just Alec (whom is his best friend but have taught he can have LOTS of friends) but he has listened to us (surprise there) and has lots of friends. I love hearing his stories about all the kids at his school and to know he has no 'bullies' in his class. They are learning about bullies currently so he has made a NO BULLY sign for his door and informed me that his class is full of friends. If anyone reads this that knows Hayden....well that is no surprise. Olivia has taken to Hayden being in school. She's perfectly content. :)

Let's see........seriously, I can't remember back to June on what has been going on. So, we will start with...NOW! :)

Hayden's school has the Husky Hoe down on Oct 17th....we are looking forward to that. I am a homeroom mom, as well as contact parent, PTA and in charge of the fall and winter parties! Go me! :/ So, me and the other homeroom mom (which I am thankful is Alec's mom because its someone I actually know...I am not as social as Hayden) had to put together silent auction baskets for Mrs Birkes class. We did a great job and I am excited to see how much it goes for. :) The Springdale Library is starting a Lego Club and Hayden is super excited about going to that. We are making H&O's Halloween costumes this year. They are turning out great and I am really excited about them. Hopefully, I can re-keep up with the blog. We shall see.
Olivia is doing amazing and has finally somewhat come out of her shell. We got to Springdale Library every Tuesday morning for their Wigglers and Gigglers class. She now will go up and sit with all the kids and interact with them.
We carved our pumpkins. We play outside a lot. We found a church that we adore.
My photography is still doing okay. Slow and steady wins the race, right? No. Oh well. I continue to get business so that's fun. I am taking pictures of the NWA Boutique show....which I am excited about! I also get to attend the Girls Night Out event for free. :) Yeah, that's the best part. Lol. Nothing else going on there.
Come November 1st our Christmas tree is going up...so...yeah.
Anyways......how about some pictures!
None of these are in order AT ALL. She loves to pose.
He really wanted a picture of him jumping....I just couldn't get it.
 At the Jones Center.
Woo! Its bright...but they loved this chair/rock.
They redid a park by Tyson Ball fields and it was really neat. Kids had fun....but it got hot!

Hayden the morning of his first day of school. He looks so ready, right?
Hayden is fighting Olivia on holding her hand. No, I did not ask her to do that....she just likes to pester. And finds it really funny.

 My two sassy kids. Geez.
 Hayden's new favorite pose. Awesome.
 Classic Olivia look.
I forgot we attended our first Demolition Derby. That was a lot of fun and we will for sure be doing that again next summer. It was a lot of fun. Well, I hope that catches everything up...for the most part anyways. (Please excuse all the grammatical errors in this post. In hurry and just wanted to get this post out of the way. :) )
