Family Time!

Today we had my sister in law and brother in law and their 3 kids over for dinner. I think we may make this a bi-weekly or monthly thing. Andrew and I talked about how we want them to actually know their close family. Not just people they see 6-10 times a year. The cousins are all very close in age. The two oldest are 8-9 months apart and the second ones are literally 2.5 weeks apart. And the third is 2 years younger and just kind of hangs out with whoever. :) Very go with the flow. Anyways, here are some pictures of our time tonight along with a couple random pictures...because it wouldn't be a normal blog post without the absolutely has nothing to with this post pictures. :)

 My 3 random pictures. :)
These boys play so well with each other. Seriously, there is no fighting until one of the two younger sisters comes into the mix. Haha.
The boys are all up close and personal. Olivia decided to hang back a bit. FYI: that is just a bb gun and their target is a mountain dew can.
Hayden getting to pull the trigger on it.
Sweet Hayes.
They all play fight with Andrew. Here 3 of them are trying to take him down.

Sweet girl was wore out from hanging with her cousins. She was out right after her bath. Don't even think her hair had time to dry.

Oklahoma Aquarium

This past Wednesday Andrew and I were both off work so we decided to take the kids to the Oklahoma Aquarium. Hayden LOVES sharks and they have the largest living bull shark exhibit. I brought my camera but my kids did not sit still long enough to get a decent picture of them. They were either turned away or the picture was blurry.  Eh.....I got a lot of pictures of the marine life though.  Although, my battery died literally while I went to take a picture of kids in front of the big shark tank! DANGIT!! I was frustrated. But apparently nobody wants to go the aquarium on a Wednesday so we didn't have to fight to see anything and kids could just freely run..ahem..walk around. :) Here are some pictures of our trip.

Clown fish are not as 'glowy' without their neon light overhead. Ha. It was very cool to see them like this.

See pic above and below....blurry on my kids.

 Creeper.

This new amazon exhibit was SO cool. If you look straight back under the tree you can see Hayden. They had a part you could go under the tree and look at the fish. And a couple little ladders to 'climb' the tree. I went in with them once to check it out and when I came out there was this old man standing there and I kind of spooked him.Like I was some kind of wizard that could walk through tanks or something.  Haha.

I every time I put my camera up to take a picture of this little guy he would charge the glass.

First time we have seen the beaver out of his hidey hole.
Albino Turtle...pretty neat. Kids didn't seem to care. :/
This was their favorite part and are still asking about it. You get to feed the stingrays and as the guy that has out the food says 'watch out for the grouper they'll take your bait and the pole with it!'
Walking trees. Something else I thought was pretty interesting. I'm sad I didn't get more pictures of the tropical fish and the sharks. Lesson learned. Before you go on a trip.....charge your battery.
